  • Sweet Chocolate: Sweet Chocolate gives the brownies their rich, chocolatey flavor. The sweet chocolate enhances the sweetness of the brownies and contributes to their irresistible taste. I used Chocolat – Menier for this recipe.
  • Granulated Sugar: Granulated sugar is a common sweetener used in baking. It adds sweetness to the brownies and helps to provide moisture and a tender texture.
  • Eggs: Eggs are a binding agent that helps to hold the brownie batter together. They also contribute to the moistness and richness of the brownies. I used pasture-raised eggs for this recipe.

How To Make Irresistible Chewy Gooey Brownies

1.      Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, grease, and set it aside.

2.     In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, sweet chocolate, and marshmallows, stirring occasionally until smooth.

3.      Whisk together the sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt in a separate mixing bowl until well combined.

4.     Slowly, and while the mixer is on, add the melted butter, marshmallow, and chocolate mixture to the sugar and egg mixture. Stir until smooth.

5.    Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring until just combined.

6.      Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly.

7.     Bake in the preheated oven for 20-27 minutes, or until the edges are set, and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out slightly sticky. Remember, we want that gooey texture in the center!

8.    Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

  • 2 cups of Granulated Sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups of All-purpose Flour
