Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of Ghee
  • 1 cup Walnut roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh Tarragon, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the ghee over medium heat. Once melted, add the chopped walnuts to the skillet.
  3. Toast the walnut in the ghee for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the chopped tarragon leaves, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Str well to combine and allow the flavors to meld together for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the walnut and tarragon mixture. Toss the pasta gently to coat it evenly with the flavors.
