My inspiration for this recipe came from a restaurant back when I lived in Santo Domingo, D.R. Today, the restaurant is no longer open. Still, I remember just like it was yesterday when I took the first bite of crostini with a sesame cream cheese spread; I couldn’t stop eating it. It exceeded my expectations then, and it still does today.

How to Make it?
Whisk: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Cream Cheese, Sesame Oil, Chives, and Salt.
Spread:: In serving platter, sprinkle black sesame seed and extra chives to decorate.
Serve: with Rice Crackers
