Caramel Cornflakes Treats (No-Bake)

  • Author: Maddie @TheFoodieKitchn

Craving a sweet treat? Check out this delicious 5-ingredient Caramel Cornflakes Treats recipe! A great way to satiate your sweet tooth!

Units Scale
  • 1 cup of Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons of Salted Butter
  • 14 ounces of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 8ounces of Kellogg’s Corn Flakes Cereal

  1. Cover two baking sheets (9×13) with parchment paper, and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly to avoid burning the sugar, and wait until it becomes an amber color (8 – 10  minutes). The key here is to be patient.
  3. Once the sugar has completely melted, stir in salted butter until well combined.
  4. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and remove from heat.
  5. Stir in the Kellogg’s cornflakes cereal and mix until all flakes are well coated with caramel.
  6. Pour the mixture into one of the baking sheets, and let it cool (20-30 minutes)
  7. Once cooled, damp your fingers in water, and take small portions to form them into small spheres. Arrange all spheres on the second baking sheet until done.
  8. Serve and Enjoy!

Storage: Although I recommend eating the Caramel Cornflake Treats the same day for better taste and texture, you could store them in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature. Super important to keep them separated because they will stick to each other otherwise.
