This Ahi Tuna Pizza recipe is a feast for the senses! From the crispy tortilla crust to the tender slices of raw tuna and the bold flavors of truffle oil, it is the perfect dinner for a fusion night.


Units Scale
  • 2 Low-Carb Flour Tortillas, Baked
  • 4 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 2 Garlic cloves, mashed
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 46 ounces of Tuna Grade, very thin sliced
  • 1/4 cup shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoon Truffle Oil
  • 2 pinch of Maldon Salt Flakes
  • 24 pinch of Micro-greens (Optional)


  1. Tortilla: Pre-heat the Toaster Over to 350 F on the “Bake” setting. Place Tortilla in the middle rack position and bake until tortillas are slightly browned around the edges and crisped (about 4-6 minutes). Carefully remove the Tortilla from the oven and set aside to cool.
  2. Mayo Aioli: In a small bowl, add Mayonnaise, salt, and mashed garlic. Mix well until well combined and set aside.
  3. Tuna: with tuna slightly frozen, slice it with the help of a Mandolin to your preferred thickness. I went with 1 – 1.5 inch thickness slices. For me, the thinner, the better.
  4. Shallots: slice the shallots into thin slices with the help of the mandolin, and set aside.
  5. Pizza: Now proceed to build your pizza. Take one tortilla and spread 1-2 tablespoons of the Aioli. Top with sliced tuna, followed by the shallots. Sprinkle a pinch of salt flakes and microgreens.
  6. Serve and eat immediately.
